News Summary

Samsung is reportedly in advanced discussions with Perplexity AI to integrate its AI technology into the Galaxy smartphone lineup. This move could see Perplexity’s AI assistant preloaded onto Samsung’s future devices, such as the Galaxy S26 series, potentially replacing or complementing Google’s Gemini. Perplexity AI, founded in 2022, is known for its innovative answer engine that combines real-time search with AI-driven responses. This partnership, if successful, could provide Samsung users with a more personalized and efficient AI experience, posing a challenge to existing collaborations with Google.
