News Summary
NordSpace and C-Core have partnered to develop ground station infrastructure across Canada, enhancing national capabilities in satellite communications. The collaboration aims to support launch operations and strengthen Canada’s space mission capacity. The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to conduct joint site engineering, regulatory planning, and business case studies for ground stations at NordSpace’s Atlantic Spaceport Complex in Newfoundland and in Inuvik, NWT. This partnership is part of NordSpace’s mission to achieve Canada’s first commercial space launch and develop space launch vehicles, spaceports, and satellites within the country.
