Nord Security Founders Launch Nexos.ai to Enhance AI Deployment for Enterprises
News Summary
The founders of Lithuanian unicorn Nord Security, Tomas Okmanas and Eimantas Sabaliauskas, have launched a new AI orchestration startup named Nexos.ai. This startup aims to assist enterprises in transitioning their AI projects from pilot to production, focusing on improving visibility, security, and adaptability for large language models (LLMs). Nexos.ai has successfully secured $8 million in funding from notable investors including Index Ventures, Creandum, Dig Ventures, and prominent angel investors such as the CEOs of Datadog, Klarna, Supercell, and Wix. The platform, set to launch by the end of March, will allow companies to connect over 200 AI models and offer features like intelligent caching, security compliance, and cost management. The concept for Nexos.ai arose from challenges faced by Okmanas while integrating AI into Hostinger, a company within the Tesonet umbrella, leading to unexpected costs and limited visibility. Nexos.ai seeks to resolve these issues by offering a seamless API for AI model integration, ensuring high availability and security. The startup is already working with beta customers and design partners.
