Hugging Face and Yaak Expand LeRobot with Self-Driving Training Data
News Summary
Hugging Face, in collaboration with AI startup Yaak, has expanded its LeRobot platform by introducing a new training data set called Learning to Drive (L2D). This set, which is over a petabyte in size, contains sensor data from German driving schools and is designed to support the development of end-to-end self-driving models. Unlike other data sets that focus on planning tasks, L2D aims to empower the AI community with diverse episodes for training spatial intelligence. This summer, Hugging Face and Yaak plan to conduct real-world testing of models trained using L2D and LeRobot, inviting the AI community to submit models and tasks for evaluation.
