DeepSeek, an AI chatbot founded in China, has become the number one free app on Apple’s App Store in Canada, surpassing OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Created by Liang Wenfeng in 2023, the app features the DeepSeek-V3 model with over 600 billion parameters, offering fast speeds and comprehensive features.
