I’m Yassine Triki — a consultant in digital transformation, essayist, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience navigating the complex relationships between people, technology, and systems. My background bridges design, communication, systems architecture, and strategic foresight, giving me a unique lens on how change unfolds — and how to work with it.
Early in my career, I conducted research on collective intelligence and decentralized organizations, which shaped my understanding of how people self-organize, how information circulates, and how power structures evolve. I’ve always been drawn to weak signals — those early signs in culture, language, and behavior that point to deeper shifts on the horizon. I read the world like a semiologist: through patterns, symbols, and systems in motion.
I grew up and worked in post-revolutionary, unstable environments, where I learned to remain lucid in chaos. These experiences taught me how to act with precision under pressure and to develop long-term strategies in volatile conditions.
Professionally, I’ve launched several ventures since 2011, mostly at the intersection of human creativity and digital technologies. I’ve also worked with major production companies like Ubisoft and Technicolor, where I led teams and deepened my understanding of how large structures operate — both in terms of potential and limitation.
Today, I lead MCG (Montreal Computer Graphics), where we develop AI-powered digital twins for individuals. In parallel, I support companies, professionals, and institutions through consulting, training, and strategic guidance. My approach is systemic, semiotic, and pragmatic — built to decode complexity and foster meaningful, resilient transformation.
