Sukhpal (Sukh) is a second-time founder, builder, and community leader with a passion for helping technical founders turn their ideas into businesses that thrive. Over the last decade, he has shipped more than 30 products, learning the realities of product, sales, and distribution through hands-on experimentation. He exited his last startup that helped 1000s of mom and pop e-commerce businesses globally set up their website and checkout pages.
Before starting his own ventures, Sukh honed his engineering skills at companies like IBM, Apple, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Those experiences taught him how world-class organizations ship at scale-knowledge he has since applied to fast-moving startups. Today, he channels that experience into building tools and communities that empower founders and creators.
Sukh is now building Engyne, a personal branding platform that helps entrepreneurs consistently share their stories, build thought leadership, and drive inbound opportunities. He’s also behind Vibe Coding, one of the largest AI hackathon movements in Canada, bringing together 300+ builders in the city to launch projects in just 48 hours. He also puts together monthly meetups for AI builders and cursor.ai users.
Recognized as a Top 10 Finalist in Paddle’s AI Launchpad program and accepted into Techstars in 2024, Sukh is no stranger to the challenges of scaling early-stage ventures. His work sits at the intersection of storytelling, AI, and community-building.
