As a former Chief Operating Officer, Nicolle has overseen large cross-functional teams, managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, and designed operational frameworks that drive profitability, efficiency, and long-term success. Her leadership experience spans client service, strategy, business development, marketing, HR, and operations, giving her a unique end-to-end perspective on what it takes to scale organizations sustainably.
