Jenn Bieri

Jenn Bieri is a professional coach (CPA, CA, CPCC, ACC) with over 500 coaching hours and a background that bridges corporate operations, leadership development, and human-centred coaching. She works with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating growth, change, and the pressure of high performance.

Before coaching, Jenn spent over a decade in corporate finance and operations. She helped scale a global tech startup from 40 to 400 people across Canada, Singapore, and Australia, eventually leading global business operations through a $20M capital raise and a $50M acquisition. That experience gave her a deep understanding of what it takes to lead through uncertainty and organizational change, and it also showed her the real cost of doing it without taking care of yourself. Burnout was her turning point.

Today, Jenn runs The Practice Space, her individual coaching practice, and co-founded Alt Leadership Group, where she delivers leadership development programs, team coaching, and facilitation for organizations across Canada. She is certified as a Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Leadership Circle Profile practitioner, and group coach, and is trained in NLP, grief coaching, and facilitation. Her approach blends practical strategy with deep presence, creating space for leaders to clarify priorities, lead more authentically, and drive real impact.

Jenn is particularly drawn to mission-driven work. She volunteers as Treasurer and Audit Committee Chair for Fora: Network for Change, and co-organizes three community coaching groups across Ontario. She understands the unique challenges nonprofit leaders face and brings both business acumen and genuine care to every engagement.
