I am a University of Waterloo engineering graduate with over nine years of experience delivering complex construction projects. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with project teams during execution, where I saw firsthand how quickly project schedules become disconnected from reality. Despite advances in construction technology, scheduling remains largely manual, reactive, and dependent on constant human intervention to keep plans current.
Those experiences led me to found Masaro, an AI-powered scheduling platform built specifically for the construction industry. Masaro helps project teams maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules by continuously incorporating real-world project changes and execution data. Rather than forcing teams to spend hours manually updating schedules, we are building AI agents that help keep schedules aligned with what is actually happening on site.
My focus today is working closely with construction companies to reimagine how scheduling is created, maintained, and used throughout the life of a project. I believe the next generation of construction software will not simply digitize existing workflows—it will actively participate in project execution, helping teams make faster and better decisions as conditions change.
