Henrik Leborg acts as a Fractional CFO and Growth Advisor for companies, primarily in Software, Technology and Business Services. These companies are start-ups and scale-ups and typically have between $1 million and $10 million in revenue.
Their business owners often are concerned with present and future cash flow and are looking for financing. Additionally, they lack visibility of current and projected financial performance and don’t have the right indicators to guide future decisions.
Henrik’s experience includes improving cash flow through financing and cash flow management, enhancing financial operations and reporting as well as financial planning, and modelling. Most recently Henrik has worked in an Infratech company where he helped in obtaining financing and improved financial operations. He has also worked for marketing, design and engineering companies helping them enhance profitability.
Prior to founding Gravity Consulting, Henrik was the Chief Financial Officer of several small private companies in property services, real estate, manufacturing, and quick service restaurants. In real estate, Henrik’s accomplishments include the successful renegotiating of mortgage financing, improvement in portfolio profitability and value and due diligence on property acquisitions. In property services, Henrik consistently cut costs and reduced financial statement closing times. Henrik drove the development of robust financial reporting systems to increase company value and to facilitate the successful sale of the company.
Henrik has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto and is a US Certified Public Accountant and a Canadian Chartered Accountant. He is also a Certified Value Builder and is the author of Scaling Up: Are You Ready?
