Gargi Chaudhary is a Certified CBT Practitioner and Co-Founder of VENTii, a mental health platform focused on culturally inclusive and identity-affirming care. She holds a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of Guelph and brings experience across clinical operations, behavioural science research, and startup growth. Her background includes clinical operations, behavioural science research at Fortis Behavioural Sciences in Delhi, and hands-on experience in early-stage mental health innovation and systems building.
Her work is also deeply personal. As an immigrant and former international student, Gargi has lived through the emotional and cultural disconnect that often exists within traditional mental health systems. Navigating identity between cultures, she experienced the silence and isolation that comes when care does not reflect lived experience or cultural context. These experiences became the foundation for her commitment to rethinking how mental health support is designed and delivered.
VENTii is her response to that gap a platform built to ensure people do not have to leave their identity at the door to receive care. As Co-Founder, Growth & Operations, she leads therapist partnerships, client acquisition, community strategy, and operational development, with a focus on building scalable yet human-centred mental health systems. She is also actively engaged in expanding culturally responsive care models across immigrant and student communities in Canada, with a focus on accessibility, trust, and long-term impact.
Her work is driven by a commitment to bridging clinical rigor with cultural understanding, ensuring care feels both evidence-based and deeply human. She is committed to building mental health systems that are not only clinically effective but also deeply rooted in empathy, cultural context, and real-world lived experience.
