Builder by instinct, operator by experience. I spend most of my time helping SaaS and DTC businesses scale, usually by embedding myself right in the messy middle where product, finance, and operations collide. My background is a bit of a mixed bag—a tech founder with a successful exit who somehow ended up as a CPA. It’s a weird combo, but it means I can tinker with code and then walk the board through the unit economics without putting them to sleep (usually).
Lately, I’ve been obsessed with “Agentic Ops.” It’s a fancy name for a simple goal: building smart AI agents to handle the boring, repetitive stuff so the team can focus on the work that actually matters. I view operations as a giant puzzle and finance as the scoreboard, and I’m happiest when I’m in the trenches helping teams connect the dots.
I am here to be a resource for this community and to help fellow builders navigating the “messy middle” hit escape velocity. I’m a big believer in the Canadian startup ecosystem and I’m always game to swap war stories or jam on a tricky problem—whether it’s architecting an agentic workflow or just figuring out how to scale without the wheels falling off.
