Felix is the Principal of Fruba IP Law & Strategy, an Ottawa-based practice that helps entrepreneurs strategically create, protect, and commercialise intellectual property. Fruba’s approach emphasizes early-stage knowledge building, practical guidance, and embedding IP into a venture’s core business strategy. Services range from IP audits, brand and technology protection, and contract drafting to commercialization planning and dispute navigation. Felix also acts as a neutral in IP disputes, bringing balanced, solutions-oriented thinking to conflict resolution .

In addition to his practice, Felix serves as the IP & Commercialization Specialist at the Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre, supporting researchers, founders, and SMEs across Central Ontario. His mandate, funded by Intellectual Property Ontario (IPON), is to ensure businesses can access the tools, knowledge, and strategic guidance needed to innovate, protect their intangibles, and grow.
