I’ve spent close to 20 years running my own recruitment and consulting firm, so I understand how overwhelming it can be to manage growth while also dealing with people, compliance, and operational challenges. That’s why I’m passionate about helping founders and business leaders focus on what they do best, while my team and I handle the HR side of things.

Outside of work, I’m usually chasing my golf ball somewhere it shouldn’t be, enjoying a good glass of Scotch, travelling, or spending time with my family.
