Ashley Wright

With an educational background in Business Management and Human Resources, Ashley Wright spent over four years in banking, marketing, and direct sales before stepping into entrepreneurship. In 2016, she began her journey into Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrency—an industry that would not only transform her career but allow her to empower thousands globally.

Since then, Ashley has launched several powerful initiatives, including the Crypto Strategy Academy, a 7-week coaching program helping beginners understand and navigate Crypto and Blockchain confidently. She is also the author of “The Crypto Strategy Workbook for Youth”, an interactive resource that makes Web3 concepts like Crypto, NFTs, and Blockchain relatable and fun for young people.

Ashley is the founder of Fem T3ch, a global community for women in tech, and Blacks on Blockchain, a movement committed to increasing representation of the Black community in Crypto and Web3. Her work consistently bridges the education gap while amplifying diversity and accessibility in emerging technology.

In addition to her educational programs, Ashley has led global event activations and community-building experiences across Canada, the U.S., UAE, and Asia. She’s organized panels with thought leaders, hosted international Web3 networking events, and launched VR and blockchain activations during major conferences—ensuring underrepresented voices are not only heard but celebrated.

As one of Canada’s leading voices in Web3 and blockchain education, Ashley is known for making complex topics digestible, empowering more people—especially women and racialized communities—to take up space in tech. She is passionate about building inclusive futures and equipping communities with the tools to build wealth, create impact, and become innovators in their own right.
