I am Anna Karnaukh – Co-Founder of Treegress and PMP Certified Project Manager
I’m an experienced Project and Program Manager with over 8 years in software engineering, now stepping into the exciting (and slightly nerve-wracking) world of being a startup founder. Treegress is my first startup, but building startups isn’t new to me – I’ve spent years helping clients bring their ideas to life, managing everything from initial concepts to fully functional products. Now, I’m embracing this new role and building something of my own.
At Treegress, I’m leading the charge to simplify QA processes with a No-code platform powered by AI and tailored for startups and tech companies. My goal is to make quality assurance accessible and efficient, helping businesses ensure their websites work seamlessly without the usual technical headaches. I’m also passionate about delegating boring, repetitive testing tasks to AI, so engineers can focus on innovation and creating new things.
In my previous role at MobiDev, I helped scale the company from 200 to nearly 500 engineers, working on cutting-edge technologies like AI. I thrived on juggling complex projects, aligning teams, and delivering results under tight deadlines. But starting my own company is a whole new challenge.
I’m passionate about solving real problems for businesses, building strong partnerships, and creating tools that make life easier for teams. With Treegress, I’m combining everything I’ve learned so far to create something meaningful, while growing both as a leader and an entrepreneur.
I’m an expert in Agile software development (using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and their tailored versions), Management 3.0, and building high-performing teams that deliver results. If you have questions about classic or Agile project management and product management, I’m always happy to help and share my expertise.
At the same time, I’m looking to grow as a founder and improve in areas where I’m less experienced. My co-founders and I are actively seeking advisors in fundraising, financial strategies, and sales and marketing—these are the areas where we want to learn and improve to take Treegress to the next level.
