Amandipp Singh is a social entrepreneur and accessibility advocate whose work is deeply rooted in his lived experience of navigating life with partial vision. Growing up in a world not designed for people like him, Aman learned early on how exclusion from systems—whether in education, employment, or everyday access—can limit not just individuals, but entire communities. That understanding sparked a lifelong mission: to build inclusive systems that don’t just accommodate disability, but actively value it.

Over the past decade, Aman has led numerous initiatives focused on inclusive education, accessible technology, and equitable employment. He founded Enabled Talent, an AI-powered employment platform that connects people with disabilities to jobs, while also helping employers hire inclusively through tools like bias-free job matching, accessible onboarding, and DEI training. He also launched Enable Canada, a grassroots initiative focused on accessibility-first innovation—from voice-first job apps for blind users to inclusive digital tools co-designed with the disability community.

Aman’s approach is grounded in both community collaboration and scalable innovation. He regularly partners with nonprofits, government bodies, and employers to shift mindsets and systems—so that accessibility becomes the starting point, not an afterthought. His work has been recognized nationally and internationally, including being named among India’s Top 100 Achievers with Disabilities and participating in global innovation programs like the UNICEF Startup Lab.

Above all, Amandipp believes inclusion is not just a policy issue—it’s a design challenge, a leadership priority, and a moral imperative. His journey is a testament to what’s possible when we stop asking people to fit into broken systems and start fixing the systems instead.
