Alon Gazit

I am an Agile Coach and Scrum Master with more than eight years of experience helping teams, leaders, and organizations improve how they work and deliver value.

My approach combines iterative thinking, practical Agile principles, and data-driven insights to address complex product development and organizational challenges across both technology and non-technology environments. I work with teams and leaders to improve flow, prioritization, collaboration, and decision-making, while identifying systemic barriers that limit effectiveness.

I have experience coaching distributed and multicultural teams, supporting organizational change, and helping leaders build environments that encourage learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Beyond my professional work, I support WSTEM TO, which promotes greater gender equality in STEM leadership, and UBI Works, which builds awareness of Universal Basic Income in Canada.
