Grosvenor has initiated the construction of the Brentwood Block, a 7.9-acre master-planned community in Burnaby. This development is Grosvenor\u2019s largest mixed-use project in North America and is designed to be pedestrian-focused. The first phase includes a 41-storey residential strata tower, two rental towers, a new 100,000-square-foot community centre, and 180,000 square feet of commercial space. The community, located near the Brentwood Town Centre SkyTrain station, will feature green landscapes, public spaces, retail, and dining options. In total, the Brentwood Block is expected to offer 3,500 new homes upon completion, with an emphasis on sustainability and community interaction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
