Snabbit, an Indian startup founded last year, is transforming the home services sector by enabling customers to quickly book services such as cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry through its app. The startup recently raised $19 million in a Series B funding round led by Lightspeed, with contributions from Elevation Capital and Nexus Venture Partners. This investment values Snabbit at $80 million and aims to expand its presence in the market. Snabbit’s CEO, Aayush Agarwal, was inspired by personal challenges in finding reliable home services, which led to the creation of the company. The startup employs a full-stack approach to manage its workforce, providing life and health insurance benefits to workers. Snabbit has grown rapidly, expanding to eight markets in Mumbai and Bengaluru, with plans to reach 200 micro markets across Indian metro cities. Despite competition from companies like Urban Company, Snabbit has maintained steady growth, largely due to its in-house tech stack and focus on worker welfare.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
