TikTok has quietly launched a new platform called ‘TikTok for Artists’ aimed at helping musicians enhance their careers by providing tools to promote their songs, understand performance metrics, and engage with fans. Currently being tested in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, and Indonesia, the platform enables artists to create and manage campaigns for upcoming releases, including driving pre-saves on Spotify and Apple Music, and conducting exclusive merchandise drops. It also allows for the highlighting of fan videos in a dedicated section, helping artists build their community. The launch aligns with TikTok’s broader strategy to influence music trends and expand artists’ reach, coming shortly after the company retired its TikTok Music service.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
