Qonto, a prominent fintech startup, provides business bank accounts to over 500,000 customers across Europe. Twin’s Invoice Operator aims to streamline the process of gathering and uploading invoices, which can be time-consuming for users. The AI agent automatically fetches transactions with missing invoices, accesses necessary services to download them, and attaches the PDFs to the Qonto account. This tool is built on OpenAI’s CUA model, allowing it to support thousands of applications quickly. Twin’s co-founder and CEO, Hugo Mercier, highlighted the efficiency of using AI over traditional automation methods like RPA and API-based products.
