Nairobi-based logistics startup Leta, founded by Nick Joshi, has raised $5 million in seed funding to expand its AI-powered platform. The platform optimizes delivery routes, tracks shipments in real-time, and streamlines logistics costs for businesses across Africa. The funding round was led by Speedinvest, with backing from Google’s Africa Investment Fund and climate-tech fund Equator. Leta’s solution helps reduce logistics costs, improve delivery efficiency, and minimize environmental impact by lowering fuel consumption and emissions. The startup has seen significant growth, optimizing over 10,000 daily trips and partnering with major businesses like KFC and Diageo. Leta plans to double its revenue as it expands into more African and Middle Eastern countries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
