Joby Aviation has filed a lawsuit against Archer Aviation, alleging that Archer used stolen trade secrets to interfere with its business. The lawsuit claims that a former Joby employee, George Kivork, took confidential information about Joby\u2019s strategic partnerships, regulatory strategies, and technical details before joining Archer. Joby alleges that Archer used this information to approach its strategic partners. Archer has dismissed the claims, saying that they are baseless and an attempt to distract from Joby’s own issues. Both companies are based in California and are engaged in developing electric air taxis, with both also exploring defense applications. Previously, Archer was sued by Wisk for theft of confidential information, a case that was settled after two years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
