Memento Labs, a Milan-based surveillance tech maker, confirmed that their spyware, called Dante, was used by one of its government customers, leading to exposure by Kaspersky. Memento’s CEO, Paolo Lezzi, acknowledged the situation, blaming the customer for using an outdated version of the spyware.
