The Starcoin Foundation, in collaboration with Starcoin Group Limited, has officially launched the Starcoin Token (STAR) on the Conflux eSpace public blockchain, marking the first ‘token-stock linkage’ project initiated by a publicly traded company in Asia. This venture positions Starcoin Group as a leader in the Web3 digital finance sector, offering a novel model where tokens are backed by U.S. dollar assets. The project aims to create a comprehensive on-chain investment banking system focused on the issuance, compliance, and global circulation of Real World Assets (RWA). To ensure credibility and stability, Starcoin is engaging with major U.S. fund companies to use traditional financial products and antique art pieces for value endorsement. The project, which will comply with regulatory standards in major jurisdictions, plans to deploy a high-performance blockchain infrastructure and introduce on-chain financing tools. Dr. Benjamin Yeung, founder of the Starcoin Foundation, describes this initiative as a strategic transformation towards a Web3 investment bank, reinforcing the importance of regulatory compliance and asset trust in the digital finance era.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
