Rocket.new, an Indian startup specializing in AI-powered app development, has secured $15 million in seed funding led by Salesforce Ventures, with participation from Accel and Together Fund. The startup, based in Surat, aims to transform app development by allowing users to create production-ready applications from natural-language prompts. Since its beta launch in June, Rocket.new has attracted over 400,000 users worldwide, including 10,000 paid subscribers, and reached $4.5 million in annual recurring revenue. Co-founded by Vishal Virani, Rahul Shingala, and Deepak Dhanak, the company plans to scale its revenue significantly by the end of the year. Rocket.new integrates large language models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google’s Gemini, with its proprietary deep learning systems. It has a strong user base in the U.S., Europe, and India, and plans to expand its U.S. operations with a new headquarters in Palo Alto. The startup’s agentic system is designed to assist organizations in building comprehensive product functions, and it has already attracted users from major companies like Meta and PayPal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
