Known for her ability to foresee consumer trends, Putnam’s latest venture aims to reconnect people through gaming by using mature, affordable components combined with innovative user experiences. Her new company, currently in stealth mode, focuses on developing consumer gaming hardware that encourages face-to-face interaction rather than isolating individuals. The venture has already seen investment from Lerer Hippeau, who previously led Mirror’s seed round, indicating strong investor confidence. This marks a shift for Putnam from individual performance to shared experiences, aligning with a resurgence in consumer hardware interest. Attendees at the 20th anniversary of TechCrunch Disrupt can expect to gain insights into the future of consumer tech innovation from Putnam and other industry leaders.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Brynn Putnam, founder of the successful fitness device company Mirror, is set to unveil her new gaming hardware startup at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025 in San Francisco.
