Meta is reportedly set to launch its advanced smart glasses, codenamed Hypernova, next month. These glasses are expected to feature a built-in display and will be priced around $800, although the price could vary based on style and additional features like prescription lenses. The Hypernova glasses are a high-end version of the existing Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses and will include a small display panel at the bottom of the right lens. They can be controlled via a wrist accessory called Ceres, and will run on a customized version of Android using a Qualcomm chip. Capable of displaying apps horizontally on the home screen, these glasses also integrate cameras and AI functionalities. Additionally, Meta is working on Project Orion, which aims to develop a more lightweight version of its Quest VR headset.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
